W. Memorabilia, also known as the memory of the female body returning to three female archetypes, three tragic heroines, exploring the antithetic and conflicting aspects of female nature. Phaedra, Medea, Pasiphae.
Linda Kapetanea proposes a workshop – a “female memento”, “Phaedra’s Laboratory”, in an attempt to express, through indomitable physical energy and heady music, the female psyche at its core. This is the eleventh production of RootlessRoot, a group that was created in 2006 and has significant collaborations and distinctions on its CV, in Greece and abroad.
The “W Memorabilia (Phaedra’s Laboratory)” performance was presented at the Athens Festival in July 2014.
