JAZZ TODAY 4TET ROSE & POISON – MASTROPIRRO ERMITAGE BAND

4tet Rose & Poison, a quartet consisting of Georgia Sylleou, Philippos Kostavelis, Agamemnon Mardas and James Wylie, will present “Rose and Poison”, a musical performance concerning the musical and poetic work of Tom Waits. Georgia Sylleou and her band have been exploring and presenting the music of the Californian musician for years.

The second concert comes in the form of Italian composer and poet Vincenzo Mastropirro, and Mastropirro Ermitage Band, which will interpret ballads, melodic themes, Italian motifs and will propose jazz improvisations.

The evening will really take off, when, after the two performances, the Greek quartet will jam with the Italian group, completing the image of jazz today.
