Within the framework of organising the 51st Dimitria in September and October 2016, the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Directorate of Culture and Tourism are issuing an open call for agencies, groups and individual artists to submit proposals for events concerning music, theatre, dance, visual arts, performance, street art, video art, films, lectures, workshops and new technologies to be included in the Festival.
The proposals will be evaluated by the artistic and organising committee of the 51st Dimitria.
All proposals must be sent:

The approved proposals will be announced by 31 May 2016
Submission of a proposal:
Each proposal is submitted in a single e-mail message (or envelope) and must include:
• Title, Summary/Event summary
• Biographical information for the group/artists.
• Audiovisual material (photographs, video) – link to download audiovisual material.
• Technical requirements, proposed venues.
• Summary analysis of the budget and final cost for the realisation of the event
• Contact details
• Furthermore, please inform us if your proposal is already underway, if it is a concept or if it has been completed. If it has already been presented, please provide information on when and where.
