Undoubtedly the most widely acclaimed artist to have stormed Greek alternative rock during the last three decades, Giannis Aggelakas has set the path for local musicians thanks to the septet of albums he released with his band, “Trypes” from the mid-eighties through 1999.
Having reinvented his self as a solo artist, the emblematic singer, performer, composer, lyricist, poet and occasional actor, just keeps creating his own brand of cutting edge music that pushes the boundaries of innovation and popularity.
His tight, loyal collective of musicians and artists, aptly named All Together Now, has even formed a record label, adding record releasing and distributing to an already impressive amount of work that consists of 9 solo albums, as well as various soundtracks, collaborations and two volumes of poetry.
In the last event of Dimitria he will present for the first time his new album introducing his new 6-member band.
